In the FY24 Corporate Narrative Pitch program, sales readiness was primarily managed through manager-led certification. Leaders were responsible for facilitating live pitch sessions, observing each seller’s performance, and manually marking completions using their internal tracking system. While the intent was to create a high-touch coaching moment, the reality was far less structured.

Completion relied on manual inputs, informal review practices, and manager discretion, creating potential gaps in verifying whether every rep had delivered the pitch.. There was no audit trail, no consistent feedback loop, and limited visibility into who had truly practiced, performed, or improved.

Additionally, reps lacked a standardized, risk-free environment to refine their skills before engaging with customers.
